1. Pre-launch

Task Priority Matrix is currently in pre-launch. Sign-up is free; there is nothing to refund.

2. After launch

Refund terms will be presented at checkout. Most subscription products in our portfolio carry a 14-day refund window plus prorated refund of unused time on cancellation.

3. EU consumer rights

EU consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days under EU Directive 2011/83/EU.
